Summary
The Customer Support Representative FLEX is a pivotal role that centers around the efficient execution of customer orders, ensuring the achievement of volume targets, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. The incumbent will play a proactive role in communication with both internal and external stakeholders, addressing issues related to timely pickup and delivery, check calls, activity documentation, and fostering a professional workplace attitude in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Essential Functions
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to maximize business potential.
Ensure on-time delivery, damage-free services, and accurate billing through meticulous scheduling of pickup and delivery appointments, manipulation of customer orders into the order management system, and obtaining approval for accessorial charges for assigned customers.
Proactively engage with internal and external customers on any applicable assignments.
Use Transportation Management System (TMS) and other software platforms to accommodate and support functional areas.
Additional Responsibilities
Performs other duties as assigned.

Effectively manage multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments.
Make timely decisions, build strong customer relationships, and communicate effectively through various mediums.

Qualifications
H.S. diploma/GED required.
BS or AA in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain, preferred.
One (1) year or more relevant experience in customer service, supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field, required.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required. advanced required
Intermediate knowledge in the logistics industry, applicable local and Federal regulations, and fundamental understanding of Supply Chain Management components.
