The Role

We are currently seeking a Sr. Corporate Marketing Manager to join our Corporate Marketing team! This role will strive to execute highly cross-functional marquee programming including our annual user conference and annual segment-specific Executive Summits. You will work closely with teams across the organization including Account Management, GTM, R&D, Marketing and our executive leadership team to strategize and coordinate impactful initiatives that support business outcomes, champion Addepar’s values, and build awareness of our brand in the market.

With an agile internal team and high levels of exposure to Addepar’s executives and partners across the company, this role is well-positioned to make an outsized impact and drive progress across the company. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship skills, see opportunity in ambiguity, and have a natural inclination to identify areas of opportunity and initiate action.

Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.

The current range for this role is $110,000 - $155,000 (base salary)  + bonus + equity + benefits.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of strategic events, including content development, program structure, and stakeholder coordination from initial concept through to live delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and audience engagement goals
  • Plan, coordinate and execute AddeConf, Addepar’s annual user conference, and Addepar Summits including event messaging & tone, sessions & content, overall event experience, vendor management, etc. 
  • Spearhead and scale Addepar’s client meetup program
  • Ideate on future corporate marketing initiatives to continue to grow the Addepar brand and drive business outcomes 
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and smooth communication 
  • Keep a finger on the pulse of industry trends and the competitive landscape to guide corporate marketing strategies

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 
  • 6+ years working in Corporate or Client Marketing, or a related field 
  • Experience in tech and finance industry preferred 
  • Strong experience building and executing large-scale and marquee events from end to end
  • Superior relationship-building skills and a history of effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners, including technical teams 
  • Confidence and proficiency in communicating with executives and other senior leaders
