Over the years, we have remained consistently among the top in marketing by finding new and exciting ways to reach consumers. We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager who will work in Global Personal Care to lead future innovation across the P&G Portfolio of Brands (Secret, Old Spice, Olay, Native, Safeguard, Ivory and more)!

In this role, you will make sure we win in the future by developing strong Analytical, Strategic and Creative skills to grow the future of Personal Care.  We are looking for the world’s best marketing pros who follow one simple concept, “Consumer is Boss”. 

You will take part in making sure we win with consumers' preferences as they find out about the product, to when they choose to buy the product, to when they use the product at home. We are looking for the world's best marketing pros who follow one simple concept: "Consumer is boss".

We need someone who is dedicated and who can guide the vision and strategy behind a brand by developing marketing plans and driving innovation. Our Senior Brand Managers need to work regularly across functions to identify consumer, shopper, and customer insights and implement marketing tactics that will continue to grow your brand profitably.

    Your Role:

    You will have opportunity to work on brands, driving the business results. You will engage with multi-disciplinary teams (including Sales, Finance, Product Supply, Advertising, and Media Agencies) to develop top strategies for your brand's success.

    You will lead a mix of Marketing and Brand Management projects enabling you to show the breadth and depth of your leadership. You will need to derive insights from the data, which will enable brand leaders as they set the direction for brand growth. As your skills increase, you can expect to advance in roles with increased responsibilities. Overall, we want people who aren't afraid to take sensible risks and innovate.

    Job Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 5+ years of marketing, business related working experience.
    • Proficiency in English speaking and writing.
    • Data sensitivity and high attention to details.
    • Ability to lead in a large matrixed organization.
    • Shown project ownership spirit and thinking one step forward.
    • Ability to collaborate with multiple working teams and functions.
    • Strong critical thinking skills.
    • Strong analytic abilities and thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Growth mindset.
    • Strong ability to communicate.
    • Experience in the Beauty Industry is ideal.
    • An ability to drive innovation and brand growth.

    Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
