The Role
We're scaling fast and we need someone who keeps the whole operation running smoothly. This role blends office management, recruiting operations, and executive support — you'll be the glue that holds a lot of moving pieces together. One day you're scheduling panels across a packed hiring slate, the next you're coordinating office logistics for a new hire cohort or supporting the talent team on calendar and communications.
If you're highly organized and take pride in the details, this is a great opportunity to grow inside a fast-moving people team at a fintech company rewriting the playbook for wealth management.
This role will require 4 days a week in the NYC office.
