How you’ll make an impact:

As Carter’s continues to drive momentum in our digital channels, we are looking for a collaborative, customer-centric Site Merchandising Specialist to join our eCommerce team.  The ideal candidate is innovative, takes initiative, and has a strategic analytical mindset.  This person should have experience creatively solving problems using technical tools and processes to support business objectives. The Site Merchandising Specialist role requires a combination of technical expertise, organizational skills, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver an optimal online shopping experience and support the growing digital business.

50%: eCommerce Site Operations

• Must be Super user for Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Advanced user of Dynamic Yield and Quantum Metrics
• Leads A/B testing for bottom of the Funnel priorities with Salesforce and Dynamic Yield systems.
• Strong analytical ability to assess site performance data, translate complex findings into actionable merchandising strategies, and implement data-driven optimizations within the Salesforce and Dynamic Yield platforms.
• Own and optimize the final stages of the customer journey, focusing on improving add-to-cart rates, cart completion, and checkout conversion. This role blends UX, analytics, experimentation, and technical coordination to remove friction and drive revenue.
• Performs daily site scrubs, trouble shoots and resolve issues independently.

40%: eCommerce Partnerships

• Collaborate with entire site merchandising team of 10.
• Work with eCommerce product team and US domestic team to gain a deeper understanding of Salesforce, Dynamic Yield, Search capabilities and opportunities for Canada
• Regularly assess recommendation zones and sort order processes, monitor modifications, and propose data-driven optimizations for merchandising effectiveness

10%: eCommerce Leadership

• Challenge the status quo and look for ways to improve processes and create efficiencies
• Work on special projects as assigned
• Mentor Site Merchandisers on the team

Must have:

• 3 + years Proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud including Eistein Search, Dynamic Yield,
• Data-driven role focused on revenue impact at the bottom of the funnel.
• Proven ability to multi-task, be flexible, and to prioritize

Preferred skills and experience:

• 3+ years of prior eCommerce experience required with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Dynamic Yield.
• Retail experience preferred, especially in children’s clothing
