We are seeking a talented individual to join our Rewards team at Mercer Malaysia. This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.

Senior Consultant - Rewards

We will count on you to:

  • Prepare and structure client’s presentations/reports including performing data analysis and draw conclusions.

  • Review and/or develop exhibits based on collected and calculated data comprises of understanding project components and processes.

  • Applies computer and research skills to understand financial performance, talent management trends, and pay practices and policies.

  • Oversee the development of methodology by analysts and manage small to medium engagements.

  • Provides guidance to project team analysts and ensures timely delivery of work and achievement of project objectives.

  • May manage smaller projects and workstreams of larger client projects while provide guidance to project team analysts and ensures timely delivery of work and achievement of project objectives.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business related field.

  • Minimum 6 years experience including at least 3 years experience within Consulting

  • Proficient in using MS Office Application, especially Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented to comprehend and summarize appropriate information

  • Able to network and present sales pitch to key leaders in large organizations
