Job Description:
Location: Istanbul, Türkiye
As the Türkiye, Middle East & Africa Sales Manager, you will lead and execute the regional sales strategy across Türkiye, the Middle East, and Africa. You will be responsible for driving new business, expanding existing accounts, and ensuring long-term customer retention across diverse and dynamic markets.
In this role, you will lead, coach, and inspire Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and their teams, strengthening sales capabilities, product expertise, and regional market execution.
Act as the regional subject matter expert for logistics solutions on customers’ most critical and high-value products.
Support AEs and NAEs in identifying UPS Premier opportunities and building a strong, sustainable, high-quality pipeline across the region.
Analyze and map complex Small Package and integrated logistics solutions to deeply understand customer needs and position yourself as a trusted advisor.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with UPS Premier and growth priorities in Türkiye, Middle East, and Africa.
Create tailored value propositions and deliver impactful, executive-level sales presentations.
Own end-to-end pipeline management through Salesforce and other reporting tools, ensuring clear visibility, accuracy, and actionable insights.
Share best practices, collaborate with global and regional stakeholders, and leverage competitive intelligence to strengthen market positioning.
Drive high performance across the region by setting clear targets, monitoring progress, ensuring accountability, and celebrating success.
Proven senior sales leadership experience with a strong “hunter” mindset and consistent record of revenue growth.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with confidence delivering strategic sales and marketing presentations to senior stakeholders.
Proactive, customer-centric, and agile approach in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
Strong experience in developing and executing regional sales strategies across multiple markets.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
Experience in business planning, forecasting, and performance management.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Excellent command of English.
Strong understanding of the Türkiye, Middle East, and Africa market dynamics.
Willingness to travel frequently across the region and relocate if required.
