Your role as HR Operations Assistant at FME (Fresenius Medical Care) will focus on providing HR services. HR to employees across FME, within a customer-centric, employee-centric service organization,

Your responsibilities:

  • To support the call centre, answering general queries from employees and redirecting more specific queries to individual managers.
  • Create, complete, update and maintain employment records for assigned workers.
  • Collaborate in the execution of general reports in different systems. Advise and respond to queries that may come from the Clinic on Human Resources matters, ensuring that the response is in line with the corporate positioning in each case (on occasions the query must be redirected to the person in charge: Labour Relations, Risk Prevention, Development, etc.).
  • Search for information requested in the current agreements of each legal entity.
  • Carrying out surveys and requirements for official bodies.
  • Participation in tasks or projects related to other areas of the Human Resources Area.

Your profile:

  • Minimum experience of 2 years in administrative tasks will be an asset. Experience in a multinational company is an advantage.
  • Planning and Organisation (especially time management and ability to prioritise in situations of high workload and demanding deadlines).
  • Results-orientation (efficiency orientation in the actions you take and when advising others).
  • Teamwork (helpful and collaborative attitude with other colleagues and with the rest of the Departments).
  • Emotional balance (must be a professional who is temperate in dealing with objections and complaints).
  • Communication (Empathy and assertiveness as well as a fluent and objective argumentative style. Conciliatory style in the face of conflict and high-stress situations).
  • Knowledge of the RED- WINSUITE system is valuable. SEDESS. CONTRAT@. DELT@ accidents. Basic knowledge of Occupational Risk Prevention.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the applicable Labour Legislation is an asset.
  • Experience in other IT systems for Personnel Administration and Payroll is an asset.
  • Intermediate level of Excel, database management, Word, Teams (office package) is desirable.
  • SAP HR, Workday.
  • Knowledge of English (writing, reading) is an asset.
