Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for platforms, products, or client engagements. This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands continuous evaluation and refinement of architectural frameworks to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and operational requirements, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the technology lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to align project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Kubernetes Engine.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Google Cloud DevOps Services.
- Strong knowledge of container orchestration and management within cloud environments.
- Experience in designing scalable and resilient cloud-native architectures.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code and automation tools to streamline deployments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems and optimize resource utilization.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Google Kubernetes Engine.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
