Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain PM to collaborate with TDL Project Managers (PMs), Buyers, and Vendors to lead all CEOIS procurement activities. This role involves managing procurement requisitions, purchase orders, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely delivery and acceptance of materials and equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage procurement activities, including entering requisitions in Costpoint, handling P-Card purchases under $10,000, and overseeing the lifecycle of purchase orders (POs)
  • Coordinate with vendors to track requisitions, quotes, and delivery timelines while ensuring adherence to schedules
  • Prepare receiving reports, coordinate signatures, and ensure proper documentation in Costpoint for delivered items
  • Lead procurement efforts and collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes
  • Liaise with TDL Leads and Engineering teams to address technical questions from procurement or suppliers
  • Stay current and knowledgeable on Parsons’ policies, Federal Acquisition Regulations, and various federal agency regulations to maintain procurement compliance
  • Create long-term agreements or master agreements with OEMs for repeat materials to optimize procurement efficiency

What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Knowledge of federal contracting principles (FAR/DFAR) and Contractor Purchasing System Review guidelines
  • Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related roles
  • Familiarity with Costpoint or similar ERP systems, P-Card transactions, and purchase order management
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern office practices

Salary Range: $100,900.00 - $176,600.00
