Job Summary:
The Product Director is responsible for creating specifications and designing new products or improvements and enhancements to existing products. He/she will work closely with customers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand and define customer needs in the designs. Additionally, The Product Director will create a strategy for ecosystem development and technology modernization.

PRIMARY DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and drive the execution of the product strategies and roadmaps for the company.
- Provide thought leadership and strategies for the lifecycle of the company’s solutions.
- Manage and lead the function to ensure all product management objectives are met.
- Understand and manage the business risk as it relates to the products.
- Contribute to and deliver on a multi-year product vision that goes beyond today’s technology portfolio that is responsive to industry needs and surpasses competitor.
- Establish and maintain a customer centric culture across the function.
- Ensures that features are aligned to a timetable and areas of responsibility.
- Solicit customer’s feedback regarding product usability and desired future enhancement.
- Implement best in class processes to drive successful execution of product management & drive revenue & EBITA growth.
- Contribute to strong growth and profitability and achievement of the agreed company’s business targets.
- Lead and influence the participants in the product management lifecycle.
- Develops departmental plans, including business, production, operational and/or organizational priorities.
- People management of direct reports including the attraction and retention, building capability, engagement, establishing scorecards and KPIs, and monitoring and measuring progress against these.
- Development of talent pipeline and succession planning to support the objectives within the product management function.
- Contribute as a key member of the company’s leadership team.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the CEO.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science / technology or related discipline required.
Required experience:
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in product management or product development, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the research and development process.
Technical skills / certifications:
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, PPT, and Outlook.
- Windows Server and Office environment
