Job Purpose

To work in Cephalosporin Sterile manufacturing area ensuring the required output and complying with applicable GMP, EHS and Regulatory standards

Education, Experience & Skills

• DAE

• 3-5 years working experience in sterile

• QMS & EHS Training

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure Safety of the area with Zero Waste Promotions and ZAP reporting.

• Keep up-to-date production, downtime, changeover, preventive maintenance and other records on daily basis for Cap sealing, Autoclave and dypyrogentaion tunnel.

• Suggest and implement measures to improve the machine efficiency

• Ensure all production floor’s KPI are being maintained and met. e.g. Adherence to Daily OEE target and Adherence to conformance of daily plan.

• Ensure the GMP (proper labeling, IPC etc) and EHS (Zero access, LOTO etc) compliance during operation.

• Ensure cost efficient way, right first time operation, minimizing changeovers and avoiding wastages.

• Maintain complete record of the respective machine e.g. daily working Log Books, Maintenance Record, Cleaning and Changeover Record etc.

• Ensure Data integrity compliance and improve the DI control (ALCOA principle) at line

• Ensure all area related End to End production SAP transactions are punched timely
