Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Performance Executive to take greater ownership of campaign execution, optimization, and reporting across multiple performance channels. In addition to hands-on management, you will play a key role in analyzing campaign results, developing insights, and supporting strategic planning. This role also involves guiding junior executives and working closely with managers to ensure KPI delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other performance platforms.
• Take responsibility for day-to-day account performance and KPI achievement (ROAS, CPA, revenue).
• Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities.
• Present actionable recommendations to clients and senior team members.
• Test new strategies, bidding models, and creative formats to enhance performance.
• Support in quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
• Mentor and coach junior Performance Executives, sharing best practices.
• Work closely with cross-channel specialists to deliver integrated solutions.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in an agency setting.
• Solid knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and shopping/e-commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Proven track record of driving performance against revenue or ROI targets.
• Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and analytics dashboards.
• Strong communication skills, with experience in client-facing interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
