What would you do? Roles and Responsibilities • Launch Execution: Manage end-to-end product launches via TLM systems and post-launch uploads. • Master Data & Coding: Create Finished Good Codes in GCS and maintain technical assets (drawings/UPCs) in Teamcenter. • System Integrity: Resolve SAP iDoc errors and audit BOM discrepancies between PDS and SAP. • Lifecycle Management: Coordinate "Launch to Basic" transitions and oversee end-of-life code inactivation. • Governance: Ensure SOP compliance, manage brand-specific documentation, and execute annual data cleanups (Scrap/QPA). Ideal Candidate Profile • Compliance & Detail: Strict adherence to SOPs and rigorous validation of data accuracy. • Efficiency: Process-oriented mindset to ensure timely global shipments. • Experience: Background in FMCG/Retail master data and portfolio governance. Communication & Stakeholder Management • Liaison: Coordinate between IT, Finance, and Master Data teams to resolve bottlenecks. • Reporting: Deliver ad-hoc and scheduled business intelligence reports to stakeholders Transformation & Process Improvement • Automation: Implement RPA or automated checks for BOM validation. • Optimization: Streamline TLM workflows to reduce speed-to-market lead times. • Standardization: Consolidate brand-specific workflows into unified SOPs and templates.
What are we looking for? Technical Tools • ERP/PLM: SAP (Material Master), PDS, GCS, and Teamcenter. • Management: EDI mailbox, digital catalogs, and margin calculators. Leadership (CL8 - CL9) • Quality Control: Lead peer audits and sign off on change reports. • Mentorship: Guide junior staff on compliance, approvals, and technical troubleshooting.
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems • Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors • In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments • The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
