Oracle Fusion Security/Provisioning Lead

You will play a key part in supporting Oracle Fusion security and provisioning activities, helping ensure access is set up accurately, maintained consistently, and aligned to business needs.

Role Overview

As the Oracle Fusion Security/Provisioning Lead, you will lead day-to-day security administration and access provisioning activities across Oracle Fusion. You will work closely with business and IT partners to manage user access, role changes, issue resolution, and documentation while helping maintain a strong control environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Oracle Fusion security and provisioning activities, including user access setup, updates, removals, and role maintenance.
• Support the design, review, and maintenance of roles, responsibilities, and access assignments aligned to business requirements.
• Review and process access requests, approvals, and related security changes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Investigate and resolve provisioning issues, access defects, and security-related support requests.
• Partner with functional teams, application support, and business stakeholders to address access needs and questions.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment activities for Oracle Fusion security changes and role updates.
• Maintain clear documentation for security procedures, access decisions, and process updates.
• Contribute to audit readiness by supporting access reviews, evidence collection, and control-related follow-up.
• Identify opportunities to streamline security and provisioning processes and reduce manual effort where possible.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion security and provisioning.
• Experience managing user access, role administration, or security controls in an enterprise application environment.
• Understanding of access governance, approval workflows, and segregation of duties concepts.
• Ability to troubleshoot provisioning issues and work effectively with functional and technical teams.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work with attention to detail and maintain consistency in a controlled environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting Oracle Fusion role design, access reviews, or audit evidence preparation.
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion modules, identity and access management processes, or access-related automation.
• Experience leading security or provisioning activities in a large enterprise environment.
