As an Alzheimer’s Ecosystem Manager (AEM), you will play a key role in shaping the Alzheimer’s care ecosystem across priority accounts. You will work closely with healthcare providers and health system stakeholders to remove barriers to early and accurate diagnosis, improve patient pathways, and deliver collaborative projects that elevate patient outcomes.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, partnership development, cross‑functional leadership, and healthcare system innovation. Key Responsibilities

Ecosystem Mapping & Shaping

  • Map and document diagnosis and treatment ecosystems, including patient flows and referral pathways.
  • Identify capacity constraints and co-create solutions with health systems.
  • Drive service redesign projects to support early and accurate Alzheimer’s diagnosis.
  • Lead and execute collaborative projects within priority healthcare organizations.

Partnership Development

  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships in collaboration with Medical, Marketing, PRA, and Corporate Affairs.
  • Identify and prioritize high‑impact opportunities aligned with Alzheimer’s portfolio strategy.
  • Mobilize cross-functional colleagues to maximize organizational value and customer outcomes.
  • Analyze business insights to inform local account strategies.

Customer Engagement

  • Develop strong, sustainable relationships with key external stakeholders (HCPs, payors, diagnostic centers, etc.).
  • Conduct structured identification of customer needs and insights.
  • Co-create innovative, scalable value‑added programs that enhance patient care.

Account Management

  • Lead the cross-functional account planning process.
  • Coordinate account reviews with senior internal stakeholders.
  • Evaluate key data to develop actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Actively participate in Alzheimer’s Brand Teams.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, policies, and neuroscience therapeutic area.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence across levels.
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic mindset with analytical and creative problem-solving approach.
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams without formal authority.
  • High initiative, adaptability, and innovative mindset.

Experience & Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical, biomedical, or medical device industries, especially with hospitals or organized customer groups.
  • Proven success in leading cross‑functional projects from planning to execution.
  • Advanced degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.

Preferred:

  • Experience in Neuroscience.
  • Background in environment shaping within healthcare systems.
  • Strong scientific and business acumen.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and simplification skills.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity ("thrives in white space").
