Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve desired business outcomes. Your typical day will involve defining project scope, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and effectively communicating with multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, address issues, and ensure successful outcomes. You will engage in strategic planning and coordination, ensuring that all aspects of the project align with organizational goals and objectives, while fostering a collaborative environment among team members and stakeholders alike. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Facilitate regular meetings to track project progress and address any challenges. - Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure clarity and transparency. - Assist in identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. - Experience in project planning and execution methodologies. - Familiarity with project management software and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
