As an Automotive Detailer/Valet, you will play a vital role in ensuring that vehicles are meticulously cleaned and prepared for customer delivery, while also providing safe, reliable valet services for customers. This dual-responsibility role is key to enhancing customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of vehicle presentation and offering convenient, professional valet services.

Essential Duties:

  • Clean and detail vehicles to dealership standards, including washing, waxing, polishing, and vacuuming interiors.

  • Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, ensuring no detail is overlooked, and identify areas requiring additional attention.

  • Maintain detailing equipment and ensure all supplies are stocked.

  • Provide prompt and courteous valet service to customers, ensuring their vehicles are parked and retrieved efficiently and safely.

  • Maintain a professional demeanor with all customers, addressing their needs and concerns with respect and efficiency.

  • Regularly inspect the valet vehicle (if applicable) to ensure it is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition. Report any issues or required maintenance.

  • Maintain accurate records of valet services, including vehicle locations and any incidents that occur.

  • Assist with vehicle inventory management, organizing and maintaining the appearance of the lot.

  • Collaborate with the service and sales teams to ensure efficient vehicle movement and customer service.

  • Follow all safety regulations, including traffic laws and dealership compliance standards.

  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

  • Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.

  • Demonstrated customer service and communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and good judgment.

  • Professional personal appearance

  • Ability to operate an automobile safely and adhere to traffic laws.
