About the Team

In the Senior Manager, Operations – Supply Chain Integration role, you will oversee and integrate supply chain initiatives within the processes within Walmart stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that supply chain solutions within our stores are seamless, efficient, and aligned with our business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of retail supply chain management. Your role involves managing projects, leading teams, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of supply chain processes.

This position reports to the Director, Operations and is based in Bentonville, Arkansas. A relocation package is available, but we are not considering remote applicants at this time.

What you’ll do…

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for in-store supply chain integration that align with the company’s goals and objectives
  • Process Improvement & Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements influenced by supply chain and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with store managers, supply chain, and IT departments to ensure cohesive and integrated store and supply chain operations
  • Project Management: Lead in-store integration projects from conception through to completion, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. This includes planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and make informed decisions

What you’ll bring…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field and experience in supply chain management
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in supply chain software and technologies

  • Master’s degree in a related field
  • Project management certification (such as PMP)
  • Experience with robotics and automation technologies
  • Knowledge of Walmart's supply chain processes

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
