Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Own and grow the export business out of  LTI, interfacing with various stakeholders and cross functional teams 

  • Participate and shape complex commercial negotiations and arrangements with a high degree of autonomy, exercising sound judgement to deliver results that matter

  • Contribute to export sales strategy and identify key acceptance criteria across geographies / customers and work towards bridging such gaps thus ensuring diversification of addressable market for LTI

  • Apply deep knowledge of market trends, competitive positioning, and customer dynamics to build differentiated, winning propositions

  • Use data analysis and insights drawn from multiple internal and external sources to inform decisions and strengthen your recommendations

Who You Are

You are a commercially sharp and relationship-driven sales leader with proven expertise in managing strategic accounts and a strong instinct for identifying and converting long-term growth opportunities. You combine analytical rigour with the credibility to influence customers and internal stakeholders at a senior level.

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or related field from an accredited university or college

  • Significant experience as Product Sales Specialist for Power Transformers  with a demonstrable track record in managing complex, high-value commercial negotiations 

  • Strong commercial judgement and analytical capability, with experience using data to build recommendations and drive 

  • Ability to navigate complex negotiations and build consensus across diverse stakeholders

  • Strong domain knowledge of Power Transformers as a Product including various aspects of costing and market price analysis

Preferred

  • Familiarity  with export sales environments, international commercial frameworks, or industrial / energy sector markets

  • Exposure to cross-functional programme delivery, with the ability to manage competing priorities across a complex stakeholder landscape
