What your impact will be:
- Assist the Client Support team in responding to client inquiries and requests.
- Shadow experienced support specialists during client interactions and training sessions, observing and learning effective communication and problem-solving techniques.
- Learn how to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop your knowledge and skills in software support and customer service.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of support documentation.
What we are looking for:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Business, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
- Proven communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn
