Job Description:

Dow Jones Risk & Compliance is a global provider of third-party risk management and regulatory compliance solutions. We deliver data, research tools and services to help our clients meet anti-money laundering, anti-bribery, anti-corruption and economic sanctions regulations and mitigate third-party risk.

As Interim Client Advisor, Risk & Compliance Content, you will provide support to clients by highlighting the strengths of our research processes and data, enabling clients to use our data to full advantage. You act as a liaison with our sales team, clients and prospective subscribers to ensure meaningful dialogue between our end-users and the Risk & Compliance data creation team. Through ongoing communication we ensure our data and products evolve to provide effective solutions to meet our clients' needs. You will ensure customer-facing materials provided to clients by the research team are comprehensive and up to date. You will provide guidance and coaching to research team members to ensure questions from clients are answered correctly and promptly. You will report to and work closely with the Senior Director, Risk & Compliance, Strategic Client Advisory.

The role is hybrid & is based in Barcelona, it is a 6 month contract position.

You Will:

  • Be a key representative of the Risk & Compliance research team in dealings with clients joining calls, providing insight and documentation, and responding to client queries about Risk & Compliance data and our research process
  • Support the sales process by providing thorough and timely information for Request For Proposal (RFP) to highlight the strength of our data and research process
  • Work with the Risk & Compliance research, product teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure that the high volume of questions escalated by prospects and clients are handled correctly and in a timely manner
  • Work with the Senior Director, Risk & Compliance, Strategic Client Advisory to ensure clear, consistent, client-facing materials are available and updated, working with the relevant Research and other internal teams on the production and maintenance of client-facing research-related documentation
  • Support the Senior Director to ensure the smooth-running of Salesforce monitoring, logging queries, quality responses, and analyzing queries to spot trends and changing customer requirements
  • Support the Customer Service team to ensure a high level of knowledge about Risk & Compliance data
  • Provide coaching and training within Risk & Compliance on R&C related topics
  • Support the process to gather requirements, analyse and scope data to build out Risk & Compliance content sets
  • Build meaningful reports to create valuable insight and drive our operational decision-making

You Have:

  • Excellent written and spoken English and at least one other language
  • At least three years' experience of working with Risk & Compliance data
  • Proactive approach to problem solving
  • Experience explaining products, data or processes to clients and handling complex customer queries
  • Experience liaising with stakeholders to ensure a constant flow of communication, knowing when to escalate issues to the relevant stakeholder(s)
  • A strong sense of urgency by responding immediately to escalated issues and rapidly changing priorities
  • Experience creating clear, concise materials such as editorial guidelines or frequently asked questions documentation

Preferred:

  • Practical knowledge of Dow Jones propositions, products and strategies
