FINANCIAL Specialist – COSA + CAPEX Job Summary This Financial Specialist position serves as the financial controller for multiple customer and dealer-facing programs, and M&S capital investments including: · Vehicle division expenses related to telematics, electrification, and subscription and billing services · Vehicle pre-delivery expense requirements and D&H revenue · M&S CAPEX requirements Job Functions · Perform month-end close responsibilities including journal entries, variance analysis, expense reporting consolidation, and by-model reporting · Prepare COSA budgets & forecasts working cross functionally with M&S Operations, Total Customer Satisfaction, NissanStore and Connected Services teams · Review and approve expenditure requests for CAPEX investments and vendor expenses (Zycus and eDecision systems) · Support TdC reporting requirements · Prepare D&H Recovery Analysis · Lead Telematics Global Chargeback process and reconciliations with NML · Coordinate M&S CAPEX process including BP/FCST, monthly reporting, and WBS element creation · Participate in cross functional implementation teams and provide Finance guidance for new revenue streams and services · Perform special projects and ad-hoc financial reporting as required Minimum Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. MBA preferred. · 5+ years of related professional experience. Automotive background preferred. · Firm understanding of financial concepts related to financial statements, and basic accounting principles as well as excellent analytical skills. · Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Previous experience with Hyperion Planning and SAP preferred. · Excellent oral and written communication skills.Mexico City Mexico
