We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee a high-volume team of up to 15 Payment Processor within our Consumer Lease Services Department. This ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a commitment to team development, and the ability to manage day-today operations efficiently. Join us in leading a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional consumer leasing services.
Location: Owensboro, KY and 100% onsite
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, coach and develop a team of payment processors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Ensuring the application of payments are made timely.
Support team members in research payment issues, and the escalations of complex issues.
Building and maintaining reports on an already established team as it relates to performance, payment processing metrics and operational efficiencies.
Maintain a team schedule to align with business needs and ensuring coverage during peak periods.
Participate in management meeting providing insights, updates on team performance and operational status.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
Effectively manage day to day SLAs, quality and performance.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
Typically, three to five years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Four -year college degree with an emphasis in Business Administration, Operations management, or a related field
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in consumer leasing or payment processing
Thorough knowledge of operation functions, systems, policies and procedures for the assigned area
Strong organizational, managerial and project management skills
Well-developed customer relations skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously and manage deadlines with minimal follow up.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $60,265.00 - $70,900.00 - $77,990.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
