This is a global position as part of the Global Digital Workflows team with focus on the automation of current IT Services.

As a ServiceNow application manager, you are working as a key link between Healthineers IT servivces, service owners and the Healthineers ServiceNow platform team, ensuring the managed modules are running smoothly, and issues are being addressed and solved.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

In collaboration with the Cybersecurity Operations, identify, capture and further detail IT demand from the business stakeholders

Manage business/customer expectations, feedback, compliments and complaints

Manage day to day service operations, source and deliver components of standard services

Measure service performance per SLAs –Check for clarity/accuracy

Responsible for managing the product backlog in alignment with Service Owner

Identifying & analyzing issues, bugs, defects

Point of escalation for issues related to the managed scope and modules

Interacting with project team members, stakeholders as well as working closely with the vendors

Ensure compliance to Q, ISEC and DP regulations

Ensuring test execution in time, collecting test results, preparing test summary report

Maintaining relevant quality documentation and updating/reviewing Operation Manual (OM)

Driving Viva Engage Group communication with business users (announcements/responses/success stories/tooling changes/news)

Knowledge article creation in the ITSM tool and performing periodical reviews

Your qualifications and experience:

You have successfully completed a bachelor's degree in computer science or comparable

You have gathered of the past 2-4 years in least 3 of following ServiceNow modules expert knowledge: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, SecOps, IRM/GRC

5-7 years experience as Application support analyst / Business Partner or similar roles with strengths in gathering requirements, configuration, and testing

You have profound experience in the field of ServiceNow's security modules (Security Operations and IRM/GRC)

Your ability to lead discussions on relevant business topics in English language is the basis for efficient and eye-level communication with colleagues and partners worldwide

You are characterized by self-motivation and a high-performance standard. That's why you like to take the initiative and advance topics confidently and independently

You are able to develop and present solution concepts and decision templates from an economic point of view and to obtain decisions

You are also able to develop and present decision templates from an economic point of view.

You identify problems and can initiate targeted escalations.

You are able to identify risks, document them and communicate along developed mitigation measures.

Critical thinking & analytical skills to examine bug reports

Knowledge of IT Service Management processes

Familiar with working in a regulated environment following defined processes, procedures to ensure quality
