JOB DESCRIPTION:

**一、岗位职责** 

1. **销售目标管理** 

   - 负责跨境产品在O2O渠道的销售业务,制定并执行年度/季度销售计划,确保销售目标达成。 

   - 分析销售数据及市场趋势,优化产品陈列、促销策略及库存管理,提升门店销售表现。 

2. **客户关系维护** 

   - 作为雅培与O2O渠道客户的核心对接人,维护长期战略合作关系

   - 策划并执行联合营销活动、重点档期等,提升品牌曝光及客户黏性。 

3. **市场分析与策略制定** 

   - 收集并分析跨境O2O渠道的消费者行为、竞品动态及市场反馈,提出产品优化建议及差异化竞争策略。 

   - 监控渠道费用投入产出比(ROI),优化预算分配,确保资源高效利用。 

4. **业务运营** 

   -深入了解O2O渠道的生态系统,协调经销商供应,服务商执行,门店运营,消费者活动的等工作。 

   - 擅长整合品牌与销售资源,与市场营销部门协作推进综合品牌绩效项目,提升品牌专业形象并增强用户信任。

 **二、能力与经验要求** 

1. **教育背景与经验** 

   - 本科及以上学历,市场营销、工商管理、食品科学等相关专业优先。 

   - 5年以上销售工作经验,并且至少3年从事跨境产品的销售工作。 

2. **核心能力** 

   - **客户管理能力**:精通大客户谈判技巧,能独立制定并执行战略合作方案。 

   - **数据分析能力**:熟练使用Excel、Power BI等工具分析销售数据,驱动决策优化。 

   - **跨部门协作能力**:具备优秀的资源整合及项目管理经验,能在复杂环境中推动结果达成。 

3. **行业知识** 

   - 熟悉营养品行业市场趋势及政策法规,了解营养品细分领域者优先。 

   - 熟悉跨境O2O渠道门店运营模式、采购流程及会员体系者优先。 

4. **软性素质** 

   - 出色的沟通与谈判能力,适应高频次出差及高强度工作节奏。   

**三、加分项** 

- 具备品牌方跨境产品销售运营管理经验折优先;   

- 熟悉电商与新零售融合模式,能结合O2O渠道策略推动生意增长。
