  • [V][U] Annual Proposal:  Annual Strategy development and approval for NSAM markets.
    • Assure the correct and best proposal approval at Regional and Global level on timely manner.
    • Support team for Regional Seminar and subsequent PSPM.
    • Analyze and present relevant data and information needed to develop the lineup & powertrain proposals.
  • Long-term Portfolio (LTP) assurance: Annual Strategy development and approval for NSAM markets.
    • Identify themes in the region of scope. Brainstorm about new trends and universal themes amongst all regions.
    • Examine social demographic and generational trends.
    • Implement exploratory study into market understanding/narratives.
    • Propose relevant and innovative future product opportunities; define a niche that has the potential to satisfy consumer unmet need.
  • Product Line-up Strategy:  Gathers, analyzes and reports data, and performs related duties in support of the following key Advanced Planning functions:
    • Mid-term Plan (MTP); Support C-Plan activities based on [V][U] results.
    • CAFx CHL & BRA: Support PMO CCL to comply CAFx requirements based on Government protocols.  

1. Job Knowledge and Skills:

  • Language:90% written, read and spoken English as must (700 Pts. TOEIC / 80 Pts. TOEFL IBT or equivalent).
  • Must have:
    • Good storytelling developer.
    • Good oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, good presentation skills in native language and English.
    • Project Management skills.
    • Excellent planning.
    • Results oriented.
    • Analytical, objective, data driven, customer oriented, adaptable to different cultures and ways of reasoning, broad scope of interests, broad outlook (cross functional), passionate about vehicles, highly motivated.
    • Proactive, organized, thrive under pressure, negotiation skills, teamwork, decision-making & problem solving oriented.
  • Nice to have:
    • Experience in LATAM Region
    • Driver’s License.
    • Availability to travel within Nissan Companies worldwide.
  • Computer Skills:
    • Microsoft Office advanced knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.)
    • Capable to understand, manage and explain statistical data (market trends, industry size analyses, etc.)

2. Years of Experience:

  • Experience: 2 - 4 years in the Automotive Industry or Program Management background in other Industry. Desired experience in Product Planning, Engineering, Product Marketing, Market Intelligence or similar. 

3. Education

  • Bachelor’s degree: Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or similar) or Business-related.
