Our team is responsible for supporting the Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide. These duties include HTML coding, CMS maintenance, and testing new development releases. We work with government mandated and time-specific announcements. We evaluate and implement innovative new processes and technology to modernize the information and experience on the Guide.
In this role, you will be an integral part of the Guide team and will be expected to:
Work closely with digital strategy to understand the current and intended future state of the Guide
Learn the ins and outs of our CMS and how we manage content
Execute HTML/CSS coding assignments
Collaborate with the team to test new development releases
Provide ideas and innovative ways to transform and improve processes and user experience on the Guide
Support the data and analytics practices for the product
College Degree or equivalent experience
2-4 years of related experience
Strong attention to detail with proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to identify and resolve conflicts
Solid verbal and written skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and work with staff at all levels and across divisions
Experience with Oracle CMS preferred
A willing and quick learner
Taking accountability for team responsibilities
Collaborative partner who can work with others inside or outside our team to deliver results
Ability to adapt to changing roles and responsibilities
Ability to manage deadlines

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $74,000 - $112,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
