Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices into a seamless and continuous quality engineering operation. The position requires driving innovation in testing strategies, emphasizing automation and intelligent solutions to predict and address quality challenges proactively. Collaboration across various teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve testing frameworks and quality assurance processes.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align quality objectives with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Test Management.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Ability to design and implement end-to-end testing strategies.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Test Management.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
