As a Training and Education Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role within our Global Training & Education function, delivering impactful SAP and operational training to our internal stakeholders. You’ll ensure our teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed for success, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement. You’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate on various projects with global teams, expanding your network, building new skills, and contributing to initiatives that reach beyond the EMEA region.


Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions for new hires, SAP users, and process updates, tailored to the EMEA audience
  • Develop and facilitate soft skills (developmental) trainings for EMEA and Global CCOO teams
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the EMEA and Global regions to assess and address training needs
  • Uphold high standards of quality and consistency in all training materials and delivery
  • Manage training-related queries via the EMEA training mailbox, providing timely and effective support

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of operational experience
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP, with hands-on operational expertise
  • Demonstrated high performance in operational roles
  • Excellent English communication skills (C1 level), both written and verbal
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities—communicative, collaborative, and adaptable
  • Proven team player, eager to contribute and support colleagues
  • Experience in mentoring or coaching others is a plus
