Role Overview

The Capability Transformation Leader will revolutionize how we develop, coach, and empower our customer-facing teams. This role is at the intersection of pharmaceutical expertise, digital innovation, and AI-driven learning and coaching, responsible for designing and implementing modern, data-driven training approaches that increase sales effectiveness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

-Lead the design and deployment of digital, AI, and data-enabled learning solutions / productivity tools for customer facing teams

-Transform traditional training programs into modern, interactive, and self-directed learning experiences, including AI coaching, microlearning, simulations, and AI-powered practice tools

-Analyze field behavior and learning data to identify capability gaps and continuously improve impact for capability building

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, CMO and BU to implement scalable technology solutions

-Support the adoption of new tools and methodologies, providing guidance, best practices, and training for trainers and managers

-Stay abreast of emerging technologies, digital tools, and best practices in pharma customer facing teams

Required Capabilities & Skills

-Ability to translate business strategy into field capability development priorities.

-Experience working with cross-functional commercial teams including sales, marketing, and medical affairs.

-Data-driven mindset with experience in measuring impact.

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred

-5–8 years of experience in digital / AI tools design, development and implementation in pharmaceutical industry with solid analytical skills

-Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, sales processes, and regulatory environment.

-Hands-on experience with digital learning platforms, AI tools, or data analytics applied to training or commercial performance.

-Exceptional communication, coaching, and project management skills.

-Curious, innovative, and passionate about leveraging technology to improve effectiveness in capability building for customer facing teams
