Responsibilities:

  • Partner with departments to identify, create, and implement processes that optimize workflow.
  • Strategically manage and approach projects to enhance transactional processes.
  • Apply practical knowledge and experience to make decisions regarding work methods, even in ambiguous situations.
  • Interact primarily with internal peers and contacts, building a professional network across departments.
  • Influence internal customers to achieve short-term project objectives.
  • Modify existing methods, techniques, and processes across job areas.
  • Work on assignments of moderate size, scope, diversity, and complexity, utilizing a variety of methods and skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-4 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Ability to work on assignments of moderate complexity.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships within the organization.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to modify and improve existing processes and techniques.
