Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Installer, aligner, démonter et déplacer, en respectant les plans et à l'aide d'outils manuels et électriques, de la machinerie industrielle fixe ou du matériel mécanique comme des pompes, des ventilateurs, des réservoirs, des convoyeurs, des chaudières et des générateurs.
Inspecter et examiner la machinerie et le matériel pour en déceler les dérèglements et les défaillances.
Assurer la conformité aux normes de sécurité de l'entreprise et de l'usine, ainsi qu'aux lois et règlements applicables émis par les organismes de réglementation.
Opérer des machines de moulage par soufflage pour assurer la production de bouteilles de qualité et effectuer des audits pour contrôler les poids et la qualité. Les machines peuvent varier selon le site.
Adhérer au contrôle de la qualité et à la procédure du procédé de moulage par soufflage.
Dépanner et effectuer des réparations mineures sur le moule de soufflage et l'équipement de soutien.
Faire des ajustements pour répondre aux spécifications du produit.
Initiation à la maintenance préventive, moule, col et soufflage, ainsi qu'à d'autres modifications mécaniques.
Regranuler l'excédent de bouteilles et de matériel.
Introduction au dépannage et à la résolution des problèmes reliés au procédé.
Préparer les formulaires de demande de maintenance et documenter les réparations d'équipement.
Préparer et documenter les rapports de production quotidiens, y compris les rejets, le regranulé, l'efficacité de la ligne, et autres.
Effectuer d'autres tâches assignées par la direction.
Recevoir des instructions sur une tâche de travail spécifique de l'opérateur principal ou du superviseur. Une assistance est fournie pour les problèmes inhabituels et le travail est examiné pour l'application d'un bon jugement professionnel.

EXPERIENCE:
• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience.
EDUCATION:
• Prefer High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
TRAINING:
• Completion of Altium Machine Operator I training within 90 days of hire date.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts in a production environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Temperatures inside the plant can fluctuate between hot and cold according to seasonal changes. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in the production department and other designated areas.
