We are looking to hire a Professional Affairs Specialist to manage all HCP/HCO contracts and event approvals for various event requirements. This role involves overseeing the entire operational process related to contracts, ensuring a "Best in Class" service that meets the highest standards. You will play a key role in implementing solutions to enhance Franchise and HCP satisfaction while maintaining compliance with evolving regulations within RKI. What you will do:

  • Ensure bi weekly/monthly meetings are scheduled with Marketing/Events & Product Managers.

  • Ensure Contracts are stored efficiently and in line with GDPR regulations.

  • Regular review of processes to ensure updates to any regulations, compliance policies are updated.

  • Faculty Management – working with marketing & events team.

  • Ensuring Divisional Needs Assessment is prepared, approved & followed

  • HCP Contract Process Management.

  • Faculty Payment Process – Vendor creations, HRP submissions etc.

  • Faculty Travel Arrangements – Flights, accommodation arrangements together with events team, Cvent registrations.

  • Ensure all HCP contracts are in line with legal, financial and compliance regulations.

  • Maintain understanding of relevant regulations and laws, including MedTech Code.

  • Ensuring Divisional and Country alignment for all contract related processes

  • Interacting and advising business units on compliant HCP Consultant activities.

  • All CAPS work for contract creation, SRF & NAD submissions.

  • Support with continuous process and tools improvement reviews.

What you need:

Required:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in events management, medical education, or a related field.

  • Fluency in Russian and English.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

  • Experience in a Medical Device or Pharmaceutical company.

  • Knowledge of MedTech Europe Compliance.

  • Experience with contract management and processing.
