Onsite – Tewkesbury, GBRMoog is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Accounts Administrator to join our dynamic team of five at our state-of-the-art Tewkesbury site. This is a pivotal commercial administration role supporting both Original Equipment (OE) and Aftermarket programmes. You will take ownership of dedicated customer accounts, acting as the administrative focal point to ensure contractual commitments are understood, implemented, monitored and achieved. You will quickly develop an understanding of Moog’s products, programmes, pricing strategies, order entry systems, repair processes, shipping procedures and invoicing systems.
Your ability to manage customer interactions professionally and ensure contractual performance directly influences how Moog is perceived by our customers. This role requires a proactive, organised and commercially aware individual who thrives in a structured, deadline-driven environment. The position is integral to maintaining Moog’s reputation for service excellence, contractual integrity and customer intimacy. Your primary focus will be order book administration and contractual compliance, ensuring customer purchase orders align with Moog quotations and contractual terms.
