About the team and the role:
Credit Karma seeks a seasoned Staff Data Architect to play a key role in building a comprehensive data model for our 360 Member Financial Profile, a critical component of Intuit's competitive advantage. As a technical leader and mentor, you will drive the development of a robust data architecture that enables seamless data integration, powers personalized member experiences, and informs business decisions. With a strong background in data architecture and engineering, you will design and implement scalable data solutions that support multiple use cases across different products or domains. Your expertise will directly impact the direction of engineering teams and influence company-wide data strategies, fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence. You will stay ahead of industry trends, integrating best practices into our data management approach, and mentor team members to achieve exceptional results. Your unique blend of technical acumen, leadership, and strategic thinking will make you a driving force in shaping Credit Karma's data-driven future.

It’s all part of a more comprehensive DEI strategy that helps level the playing field. The base salary for this role is $358,169, plus equity and benefits.
