· Collaborate with Business and Technical Teams: Partner with Product Owners, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure a common understanding of SSP data. Proactively engage with Product Owners to assess data-related impacts of upcoming changes and mitigate potential risks before deployment.
· Monitor Platform Health and Mitigate Risk: Continuously monitor SSP data and controls to identify systemic issues early, prevent widespread impacts across the shared platform, and reduce operational and client risk.
· Support Root Cause Analysis and Continuous Improvement: Investigate the root causes of data issues, recommend enhancements to processes or system logic, and strengthen overall data validation and control frameworks.
· Document Known Data Behaviors and Issues: Maintain comprehensive documentation of validated data behaviors, known data quality issues, and special conditions to make data use across SSP consistent and transparent.
· Support Strategic Data Initiatives: Participate in larger initiatives aimed at improving SSP’s data infrastructure, building proactive quality monitoring, enhancing alerting systems, and expanding operational visibility.
