You are:  

SAP Finance Lead/Architect, and you work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues from strategy to execution. A transformation expert is adept with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. A detail-oriented and analytical Finance Process & Operations Processor with strong expertise in SAP finance processes, reporting, and data analysis.  You’re in your element using your know-how to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable working in teams and leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP systems. And you’re up for traveling regularly to client sites.  

The work:  

We are seeking a new talent to join the Business & Technology Integration team. 

Responsibilities:  

• As a Finance Functional lead, you will be responsible for analyzing the organization and designing its processes and systems. Responsible for solution strategy and project delivery as a SAP Solution Lead. Evaluating the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution.
•  Proven leader with in-depth knowledge of Finance and Controlling business functions and SAP functionality to drive development of client offerings and end-to-end transformation projects.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, while also providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Oversee functional teams to drive solution design and implementation of SAP FICO.
• Design, customize, configure and test SAP FI/CO solutions while ensuring integration with other functional modules.  

• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment with stakeholders.  Develop detailed documentation to support the design and implementation of business solutions. 

• Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends and inform decision-making. 

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of business processes and technology.  

• Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding of new systems and processes 

Here’s what you need:  

• Minimum 10+ years of SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience 

• Minimum of 2 SAP FICO E2E implementation projects

• Advanced proficiency in SAP FICO module in SAP S/4Hana.

• Strong prior experience in implementation of SAP FICO in the following required functional areas: Financial Accounting: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Treasury / Controlling: Overhead Management, Project Accounting, Product Costing, Margin Analysis / Integration with other SAP modules: Procurement, Sales, Production, Transportation Management, Warehouse Management etc.

• Advanced proficiency in SAP FSCM treasury and risk management (TRM).

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support operational excellence.

• Eligible for Secret Security clearance required 

• Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline 

• English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement

Bonus points if: 

• You’ve got external consulting experience  

• You have experience leading or facilitating finance process workshops.

• Fluent in French

• Exposure to automation and optimization of finance processes and analytics, demonstrating AI/ ML/ GenAI based solutions 

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
