Job Overview

•    Under direct supervision, assists in providing systems support in developing and enhancing business systems to provide new or enhanced products/projects to clients or effective planning, reporting, and analysis tools to internal functions.
•    Coordinate Data integration/Data Transfer Requirement gathering, Client Coordination, delivery, support activities along with UAT execution and issue tracking and resolution. 
•    Support Data integration/Data Transfer Go Live activities

Essential Functions

•    Author IQVIA IRT Data Integration/Data Transfer Specifications.
•    Update IQVIA IRT Data integration/Data Transfer Specifications. 
•    Review IQVIA IRT Data Integration/Data Transfer Specifications.
•    Complete data integration/Data transfer related parts of Review checklist
•    Review and sign off validation related documentation.
•    Assists in formulating and defining systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with a basic understanding of business systems and industry requirements.
•    Includes analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system logic difficulties as necessary under direction of experienced Business System Analysts.
•    Competent to consider most business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.

Technical Support
•    Lead problem solving and resolution efforts by assisting with issue identification, resolution, documentation, and escalation.
•    Manage SCR – System change request process for technical changes working with the client services project manager for Data Integrations/data transfers.
•    Develop study data integration/data transfer reports/standards for internal use.

Other Responsibilities
•    Partner with other project managers on a cross functional basis to develop and implement business process improvement activities.
•    Provide input into the writing and review of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
•    Assist in the development of training materials and instructions for departmental use.
•    Organize and deliver training for project support staff and other members of IQVIA IRT as appropriate.
•    Develop and maintain good communication and working relationships with internal as well as external teams.
•    Perform other duties as required and directed by IQVIA IRT management team, including general Project Management work for new studies and studies in maintenance.
•    Ensure that all Integration build project work is completed to the sponsor’s satisfaction, ensuring  quality deliverables on time and within budget and in accordance with the IQVIA IRT standard operating procedures (SOPs) and established timeline metrics.

Skills & Competencies
•    Good organization, interpersonal and communications (written and verbal) skills are essential including technical and business writing and editing.
•    Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and business concepts to technical audiences.
•    Strong customer service ethic with ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.
•    Good problem solving/analytical skills.
•    Demonstrated ability to deliver quality results within appropriate timeline metrics.
•    Strong software and computer skills including good working knowledge of MS office applications.
•    Strong organisational skills.
•    Able to work independently as well as part of a team 


Qualifications
•    Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or Business Administration, or equivalent experience Required
•    One (1) years experience in systems analysis Requirement.
•    Knowledge of business-wide applications (e.g. third party software and internal operational applications etc.) or IQVIA client facing applications and products.
•    Demonstrated ability to understand client requirements as well as underlying infrastructure applications, systems and processes to enable execution of those skills.
•    Thorough knowledge of IQVIA data and current systems.
