About the Role
• Responsible for the interpretation of the regulatory requirement being the first line defense for:Roles & Responsibilities :
1. INVESTMENT GOVERNANCE
a. Responsible for supporting Investment Division in ensuring compliance with both external (regulatory) and internal (Group and Local) requirements.
b. Support in ensuring Investment Division in compliance with proper documentation.
c. Negotiate investment related agreements not limited to ISDA, CSA, GMRA, NDA, Subscription Agreements, Benchmark Agreements.
d. Lead and coordinate the annual review or amendment of Investment Division related documents such as investment related policies, guidelines, manuals, processes and procedures, ensuring relevant and applicable to the business.
e. Conduct quality review on the policies, processes and procedures. Support in monitoring of external fund managers in ensuring compliance to required parameters and restrictions.
2. INVESTMENT CONTROL
a. Accountable for the governance and internal controls of Investment Division’s activities, be the one-stop center in maintaining all investment related policies, guidelines, manual, processes and procedures documentation.

c. Ensure the functions within Investment Division are in compliant with respective policies and procedures.
3. TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
a. Provide the awareness training and attestation as per regulatory requirement.
b. Formulate the training module that comply with regulatory requirements as well as internal requirements.
c.Collaborate and influence the Group Investment training module.
d. Establish awareness session schedule for Investment Division.
4. INCIDENT REPORTING
a. Coordinate the handling of audit matters till closure.
b. Responsible for coordination of all incident reporting. One-stop point for all incident (errors and breach) reporting for Investment Division.
c. Lead discussion with respective function in identifying root cause and implement new measures to avoid recurrence.
