Position Summary

1. Maximize the marketing impact by developing the new product's integrated communication strategy and marketing KPI in accordance with the business and product strategy.
2. Promote continued marketing communication by providing consistent goals and marketing directions to related marketing departments(PR, digital, media, campaigns and etc.)

Role and Responsibilities

  • Marketing Report Generation and Analysis:
    • Collect, compile, and analyse marketing data from various sources (e.g., social media analyses figures, campaign performance…. Etc.)
    • Generate regular and ad-hoc marketing reports, providing insights and recommendations based on the data.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Activities:
    • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of CSR programs and initiatives with partners.
    • Assist in developing communication materials related to CSR activities.
    • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for CSR projects.
    • Track and report on the impact and outcomes of CSR initiatives.
  • Point of Sale Material (POSM) Production Management:
    • Assist in the development and sourcing of POSM, including brochures, flyers, banners, displays, and promotional items.
    • Manage the production process, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of POSM.
    • Coordinate the distribution of POSM to relevant locations or teams.
  • Administrative and Operational Support:
    • Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials.  
    • Process invoices and track marketing expenses.
    • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure easy access to marketing documents.
  • Other Assigned Tasks:
    • Undertake any other tasks and projects as assigned by the Head of Marketing to support the overall marketing objectives.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing and related areas.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing support role, with increasing responsibility.  
  • Proven experience in generating and analysing marketing reports, with strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, CRM reporting).
  • Experience in coordinating CSR initiatives and working with relevant stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing POSM production processes from concept to distribution.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
