POSITION SUMMARY

Our company is growing rapidly and is hiring a Process Mining Engineer to support our process modeling and mining practice.   The ideal candidate will be part of a team that works closely with stakeholders across our organization to understand business processes and identify opportunities to apply methodologies for process mining and modeling.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Assessment of business processes by using process mining tools for the purpose of process optimization
  • Conducts business analysis and modeling activities by working with process owners, users and other stakeholders to identify process-related challenges.
     
  • Identify process variants, insights about the processes, and create metrics & KPIs to measure and monitor current process performance as well as ongoing improvements.
     
  • Create data models, dashboards, and analysis to present process impact assessments and recommendations for process optimization.
     
  • Monitors and reports on the status of process management activities regularly
     
  • Maintain detailed documentation of analyses and findings
     
  • Facilitate training and coaching sessions for stakeholders on the use of process mining tools

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience using process mining tools such as Celonis, or others
  • Experience in designing and implementing process solutions using methodologies – process mining, process mapping, data analysis and process automation or related field
  • Strong Problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex processes and data sets

                                                                                                                

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to think beyond the traditional approaches to data analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Understanding of and experience with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning processing related to Process or Task mining

Have a strong knowledge of SQL and ETL processes

  • Stay updated on the best practices in process mining
