About the Role

Responsible for analyzing digital data from the company’s various digital assets and programs. He/She is in charge for identifying, using, studying and integrating data to determine improvements on the business processes. He/she is also tasked to interpret digital data to make them actionable, leading to continuous innovation in the business setup.
The Digital Analyst will give a clear vision to the organization on how users or customers are behaving relative to the digital campaigns.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a funnel report that will track the journey of the client from awareness to conversion. Classify activities as top, middle or bottom of the funnel and then determine which part of the funnel is posing as a challenge or where opportunities exist.

• Formulate a strategy to track the performance of ongoing digital campaigns across different sources and ensure that indicators are prooperly attributed to the correct channels or process across different classifications

• Establish key risk indicators that can be used to alert the organization with possible downturns on the compaign. Establish key performance indicators that will can be used to ensure that delivery milestones are achieved. Establish key result indicators that can track the success of digital assets or programs

• Work with different subject matter experts and stakeholders under the Agile Methodology. In collaboration with the rest of the team , quickly turn over studies and statistical insights that can be used by the rest of the agile team achieving the collective goal

• Create accurate and verifiable reports that can highlight which facet of the digital process needs to be acted upon; show a picture of which strategies are working or not; and give stakeholders with enough data to alter or maintain their stategies

Minimum Job Requirements:

• At least 4 years work experience

  Experience in one or more of the following fields are preferred – data analytics and use of data anlalytics tools ; data visualization and projection; statistics
