WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Lead Benefits Consultant, EMEA is a meaningful individual contributor role that will own the strategic design of benefit & leave programs across a portfolio of EMEA countries. You will create a long-term strategy for each country, balancing market trends, employee sentiment and fiscal responsibility. This strategy will align to Nike’s global standards and recognize the evolving local market. Additionally, capacity allowing, the successful candidate will be involved in regional & global projects, as they develop.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As the Lead Benefit Consultant for EMEA, you will:

  • Have full ownership over benefit design in portfolio of EMEA countries.

  • Assess and analyze metrics and trends related to benefits utilization and cost.

  • Drive renewals, making recommendations for program design changes and cost containment strategies.

  • Deliver country roadmaps, using internal and external data to build strategies on a rolling multi-year basis.

  • Build positive relationships with key partners across HR, COEs and Operational teams.

  • Participate in global/regional initiatives that include, but not limited to GMS strategy, well-being, DE&I, accessibility and other evolving NIKE needs.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH?

You will report into the Director EMEA Benefits and work closely with the EMEA COE team, as well as other EMEA partners (BDS, PSC, BHR, Labor/Employee Relations, etc.)

WHAT YOU BRING!

  • Deep technical expertise in the area of employee benefits & leaves and can apply your knowledge to optimally push forward our global benefits strategy.

  • The ability to delineate between design, strategy & operational aspects on the benefits work scope, remaining passionate about delivering a strategic benefits COE framework and ensuring clarity on the model.

  • Sophisticated, multi level partner management with clear ability to maintain key partner relationships.

  • Experience with EMEA regulatory and compliance law.

  • Extensive experience navigating cultural, social, and geographical differences throughout the region for cohesiveness.

  • An awareness of innovation, progressiveness and next generation needs in the benefits space.

  • Ability to field complicated questions and informational requests from within HR function and in collaboration with interested parties.
