Summary: As a Technology Support Engineer, you will engage in resolving incidents and problems across various business system components, ensuring operational stability throughout the organization. Your typical day will involve creating and implementing Requests for Change, updating knowledge base articles to enhance troubleshooting effectiveness, and collaborating with vendors to assist service management teams in analyzing and resolving issues. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high operational standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills. - Monitor and report on the performance of systems to identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience with project management tools and methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
