Demand Allocation Analyst

Key Responsibilities

As a Supply Demand Analyst, you will:

• Analyze and interpret sales data to determine supply and demand trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement demand planning strategies.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast future demand to ensure flawless supply chain operations.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance and market trends.
• Identify risks and opportunities in supply and demand planning and propose mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key collaborators to ensure alignment on supply chain initiatives.
• Use advanced analytics tools to improve forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of demand planning processes and systems.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in demand planning software and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• The ability to work strictly to deadlines and prioritize effectively.
• An ambitious attitude with a dedication to achieving world-class results.
• A track record of successfully implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence.
