About the Role

承接总部客户平台规划与资源，结合属地化客户洞察与客群分析，策划并执行客户平台活动；链接总部与分公司资源，建立属地化客户活动资源网络，负责当地的策划和实施，结合线上线下客户经营策略，充分发挥获客-活客-暖客-转化的作用，促进业务发展。

主要职责：

• 深入理解公司的客户策略及方向，合理分析及制定年度客户活动项目计划，确立项目的成功图象及明确实现的合理方向；

• 推广客户平台功能与资源在分公司的应用，有效运用客户平台与资源，与渠道紧密合作助力线上线下客户经营，驱动业务发展；

• 策划并执行线下活动，协调渠道及各部门，实现活动的有效落地：根据业务节奏、节庆点和品牌大事件策划制定各类客户活动方案，并推进与执行客户活动的整体落地实施，包括但不限于客户分析、活动创意策划、预算管理、资源对接和整体内容方案产出、推进活动落地、跨部门合作协调等，并为最终活动效果负责；定期总结复盘，持续累积并改善活动品质和效率；协调处理客户平台与活动咨询、化解纠纷，如遇复杂案件，及时上报；

• 定期收集客户平台与活动反馈，形成相关报告，为持续优化平台客户体验提供建设性的意见。

任职基本要求：

• 大学本科学历或以上

• 8年以上相关工作经验

• 抗压力强，能自我驱动，积极主动地推动工作开展

• 具备业务敏锐度或市场洞察力，对当地市场保险业客户情况有一定了解尤佳

• 出色的规划、沟通、协调和报告能力，具有团队协作精神，执行力强

• 乐于接受新兴事物，并具备很强的学习能力

• 深厚的中英文表达能力和文字能力，熟悉办公应用软件，能熟练运用PowerPoint, Excel以及Word
