**This position will work Central Time Zone Hours**

Position Purpose: Responsible for ensuring the business processes related to risk adjustment are developed and carried out based on plan risk adjustment opportunity.

  • Supervise internal member outreach efforts
  • Work with provider offices on risk adjustment education opportunities
  • Work with and monitor corporate outreach vendors on retro chart chase, Risk Adjustment Data Validation (RADV) in home assessments
  • Develop outreach materials and plan outreach efforts
  • Work with Corporate Data team to ensure suspecting lists are accurate and complete

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or applicable experience in lieu of education
  • 3+ years of experience in risk adjustment
  • LPN or RN strongly preferred
  • Medical record collection experience strongly preferred
  • Previous leadership experience strongly preferred
  • CPHQ certification strongly preferred

Pay Range: $67,400.00 - $121,300.00 per year
