Join RAC WA’s roadside services team in a permanent part-time role where your customer service skills and attention to detail will make a real impact.
We’re looking for a reliable and friendly Admin Support Officer to provide high-quality customer service and administrative support to assist with customer and account enquiries. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative team and takes pride in delivering accurate and timely work.
What you’ll be doing:
Providing day-to-day administrative support for the business wise team
Managing customer enquiries via phone, email and internal systems
Maintaining accurate records and supporting account administration
Investigating and resolving customer queries and invoices
Assisting with account reconciliations and processing documentation
Promoting RAC products and services to support customer needs
About you:
Experience in a sales or customer service environment promoting products
Previous administration or call centre experience (Desirable)
Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Team player who enjoys working in a team environment
