What You'll Be Doing

• Operate long reach excavator equipment to perform excavation, dredging, and material handling tasks.
• Execute precise digging and placement activities in accordance with site plans and safety standards.
• Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
• Collaborate with site teams to support efficient workflow and production goals.
• Maintain accurate records and follow all safety and environmental regulations.

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate long reach excavator equipment with precision and control.
• Strong awareness of surroundings and commitment to safe work practices.
• Ability to read and interpret site plans, grades, and operational instructions.
• Mechanical aptitude to identify basic equipment issues and perform minor maintenance.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively on a team.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
